Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- You are the Scrum Master for one or more Agile cross-functional teams
- You are responsible for facilitating the Scrum events, like daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives and sprint plannings
- You continuously develop and improve the Agile methodology within your team and support the team members and the product owner to follow the Scrum principles
- You are responsible for eliminating impediments and you have creative ways to detect obstacles
- You ensure the fulfilment of the Agile methodology within the team and the company
- You support the Product Owner and other team members in assuming their roles
Ihr Profil
- You have 3+ years of experience and strong understanding of Agile methods, Scrum and other Agile frameworks
- Certified Scrum Master or other Agile certifications
You understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures - Ideally, you are an active member of a Scrum or Agile community in your region
- Capacity to inspire, motivate and promote a mindset of growth and continuous learning
- Flexibility to handle directional changes with the ability to juggle moving priorities to ensure project success
- Strong digital customer experience focus
- Excellent communication, storytelling, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills
- You speak English and German at a business level
