Über unseren Kunden

Our client is one of the world’s leading auditing and advisory firms offering inspiring work across Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory, Tax & Legal.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • You will be part of a small team and will be required to work closely with other IT teams to plan, implement and support IT solutions covering all Windows technology based layers within the ITS Infrastructure, to meet business requirements with an agreed delivery timeframe and then fully support and manage the solution with a similar operational support requirement.
  • Participate in ITS Project deliveries as the subject matter expert for all MS Windows based platforms, from planning new platforms to delivery, including documenting, testing, deploying and transitioning into production
  • Operational management and administration of the client and business IT platforms including but not limited to the following tasks; patching, updating and vulnerability management, monitoring of server application platforms, pro-active capacity management , planning of new platforms.
  • Incident and problem investigation, including trouble-ticket analysis (review, update and closure) working alongside the other IT teams.
  • Pro-active approach to operational management, adopting continuous service improvement practices to keep the IT services regularly updated and current.
  • Create, update and maintain ‘life-cycle’ technical documentation

Ihr Profil

  • Experience in administrating and supporting Microsoft client- / server environments with a focus on server side technologies, such as MS SQL, IIS, Sharepoint, Skype for Business and Exchange.
  • Microsoft server operating system experience (2012R2/2016) Strong PowerShell scripting capability
  • Microsoft AD/ADFS/DNS
  • Experience with automation monitoring systems and technologies with a practical knowledge of MS SCOM and SCCM
  • Familiar with networking concepts and procedures and have an open mindset to networking
  • PowerBi skills are welcome
