Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Guide our squads on how to use Scrum practices and how to get the most of out of self-organization.
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the squad and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitating moderation to ensure all members of the squad are able to engage and contribute on equal terms.
- Improving transparency, information exchange and collaboration.
- Supporting the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Supporting and promoting feedback culture based on the Scrum values
Ihr Profil
- Degree in computer science or related to information technology
- Excellent German and English skills (both spoken and written)
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience is playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Ability to foster a creative/productive working environment
- Proven applied professional experience as a Scrum Master
- Prior experience coaching teams in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
